All students who join Melbourne Taekwondo Centre are welcomed with respect and supported in their individual and group learning process toward earning their black belt and beyond. Students are trained by long term and highly experienced Taekwondo practitioners who have trained and competed in Taekwondo internationally. The Head instructors have additional qualifications in education, special education, teaching and social work.
Students learn the beneficial skills of the martial art of Taekwondo which also includes self-defence, personal discipline and focus. Additionally, students learn about themselves, overcoming their sense of limitations, recognising their strengths and develop an attitude that they can do more than they thought possible.
Students and parents are always encouraged to discuss their progress and any personal circumstances with the instructors so to ensure teachers can support students in the best possible way.
