Our famous chooks are free of chemicals and chargrilled to perfection in our patented ‘clean’ chicken rotisserie. From the Chargrill - This special way of grilling maximises the char that you want and minimise the stuff you don’t. Dinners and DIY Plates - We’ve been keeping hungry people happy with our famous dinners & DIY plates for over 30 years. We like to keep it simple – get a 1/4 chicken and choose any 3 sides. You can even do it with our homestyle schnitzels or BBQ drumsticks (because we’re generous like that). Charlie’s Salad Bar - Colourful, clean eating salads made from real whole foods. The secret to our salads has always been in our ingredients, the best of everything we can find. We serve up to fifteen fresh salads everyday. Each store has their favourites, and chances are there’s something new to try each day. Blackboard Specials - Each day we serve up a large selection of specialty dishes using fresh, seasonal produce. Our blackboard specials are constantly changing and evolving. Come visit us to see what’s cooking. Finger Food & Sides - Fancy something hot? We’ve got you covered... from finger foods and veggies, to our famous hot chips and wedges. Burgers & Rolls - We only use the finest ingredients in all our burgers & rolls. Range-reared chicken & Grass-Fed beef, our famous sauces on a freshly toasted bun. Desserts & More - Because there’s always room for dessert! Sauces - You asked, we delivered. We’ve bottled up the exact sauces we use in our shop every day.
