Melbourne Taekwondo Centre is proud to be one of the founding Taekwondo clubs in Australia. Established in 1963, our club is home to Australia’s only two World Sports Taekwondo Champions, Stephen Currie and Carmen Marton. With over 16 branches across Victoria, we are committed to sharing the art and discipline of Taekwondo with students of all ages and experience levels.  All students who join our club are welcomed with respect and encouraged in their individual and group learning journeys, from white belt through to black belt and beyond. Classes are led by experienced Taekwondo practitioners, many of whom have trained and competed at an international level. Our head instructors also hold additional qualifications in education, teaching, social work and special education, allowing us to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners.
