- Sher Wagyu MS7+, your choice of Eye Fillet or Rump, served with potato millefoglie and Valpolicella wine jus
In true Italian tradition, they also feature daily specials designed to flex their chefs’ creative muscles and showcase the very best seasonal produce.
This week? A Risotto Carbonara — all the flavours of the Roman classic, reimagined with creamy risotto.
