NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
INCORPORATING A SPECIAL RESOLUTION
Notice is given for the Annual General Meeting incorporating a special resolution of the Glenferrie Road Malvern Business Association Inc (GRMBA) to be held on Tuesday 27th August, 5.30pm for 6pm at Eden Espresso, 115 Glenferrie Road, Malvern
The special resolution for a constitutional change is proposed for consideration and voting on at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. These changes are required after a review of the GRMBA constitution to ensure GRMBA effectively meet our governance requirements and comply with the Association Incorporation Reform Act (2012). After review, the constitution has been rewritten in line with best governance practice for a business association. A copy the revised constitution is available here GRMBA Proposed 2024 Constitution
The special resolution to be considered is:
That the members accept the changes to the rules as attached with notice.
